SHIPPING

All packages are generally dispatched within 4 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS (express saver) with tracking number.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Please let us know if combined shipment is required.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

REFUNDS

For Non personalized itens there is a 14 day money back option in case there is something wrong with the purchased item.

(Mind that product must be in its original packaging sealed & unharmed for a refund to take place)

For specifically tailored (personalised) items we cannot issue any Refunds (according to European Directives 85/577/EEC, 93/13/EEC, 97/7/EC and 1999/44/EC). On the other hand we will do our absolute best to keep the quality and final appearance of your tailored item up to Pizazz highest standards.
